The villa is set over two levels and has been designed using high-quality natural materials, with bright living spaces that seamlessly open onto the outdoors.

Villa Tomelio offers several features that may facilitate the stay of guests with reduced mobility; however, the property has not been specifically designed or certified for full wheelchair accessibility.
The villa includes a bedroom and a bathroom located on the ground floor. The main living areas allow wheelchair circulation, and the bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. Private parking is also available in the immediate vicinity of the entrance.
Please note that access to the villa includes a small step. In addition, the interior doorways do not meet the widths generally recommended for full wheelchair accessibility, and the bathrooms and toilets are not equipped with grab bars or other dedicated accessibility aids.
Due to the layout of the property, certain areas may include steps, level changes, or other features that may limit full wheelchair accessibility.
